Perfect Home LA is led by Tim Krubsack, a real estate professional with a passion for architecture, design, and distinctive homes. We specialize in architectural and historic residences throughout Los Angeles and Palm Springs, helping buyers and sellers recognize—and realize—the full potential of exceptional properties.
Before real estate, Tim spent more than two decades in the entertainment industry as a television producer and network creative executive. That experience taught him how to identify what makes something unique, understand what will connect with an audience, and position it accordingly—skills that translate naturally to representing homes with a story to tell.
Tim was initially drawn to real estate through renovating and investing in properties of his own. Over time, that interest grew into a career built around helping clients make thoughtful real estate decisions. He brings a keen eye for design and untapped potential, an understanding of what makes architecturally significant homes special, and a strategic approach to even the most complicated transactions.
Today, Perfect Home LA works with buyers and sellers across Los Angeles and Palm Springs.
