Led by Tim Krubsack, Perfect Home LA is driven by a lifelong passion for architecture and design. Tim brings an unusual perspective to real estate, drawing on a career spanning both residential real estate and the entertainment industry, where identifying what makes something distinctive—and knowing how to present it to an audience—was fundamental to his work.
